A political historian known as the “Prediction Professor” for his flawless record in forecasting election results has now offered up another prediction — that Donald Trump won’t last through the end of his term. “My prediction is, based on my gut, that there’s a very good chance that Donald Trump could face impeachment,” Allan Lichtman said during an appearance on CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront. According to CNN, Lichtman has accurately called every presidential election since 1984, including Trump’s victory last week. While he normally uses a set of 13 true or false statements to determine which party he believes will win the White House, in the case of Trump, he simply went with his “instinct.”
