Police have detained Aleema Khan and Noreen Khan, sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan, near Adiala Jail during a protest demanding a meeting with him.
This is absolutely disgraceful. Aleema Khan and Noreen Khan, sisters of Imran Khan, are being arrested and taken to an undisclosed location merely for demanding a court-ordered meeting with their imprisoned brother.

According to sources, the arrests took place at a police checkpoint close to the prison, where the sisters, accompanied by lawyer Salman Akram Raja and other PTI supporters, were staging a sit-in. Several other PTI workers were also taken into custody and later moved toward the Chakri Interchange.

Earlier, Aleema Khan had told reporters they would not leave until they were allowed to meet Imran Khan, saying, “We were stopped just 2 kilometers from the prison.”
The arrests have further fueled concerns among PTI supporters over the treatment of political detainees and the limitations placed on family visits.
