Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has taken the internet by storm after her visuals of wearing a hijab went viral on social media. Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are back on screen, and this time not for any blockbuster movie but for a travel ad campaign, Visit Abu Dhabi.
The duo shared the campaign video on their joint Instagram account, captioning it, Mera Sukur. This also marks their first professional project together since becoming parents. They were last seen together in Singham again. The advertisement beautifully blends travel, emotions, and self-discovery while celebrating the couple’s effortless chemistry.
The video opens with Ranveer gazing at an ancient artefact in a museum, saying, “90 AD, can you imagine this level of detailing in 90 AD? Sometimes I wonder, what would my pose be if they made a statue of me!”

To this, Deepika smiles and replies, “You definitely deserve to be in a museum.” The light-hearted moment perfectly captures their natural ease together.
Ranveer then asks, “Do you ever wonder what we would be like if we grew up somewhere else?” to which Deepika thoughtfully responds, “Interesting. Some places ask us questions we don’t ask ourselves.”

Ranveer says, “There are some places that just let us listen. Let me show you…” and Deepika adds, “It’s amazing how silence can feel like someone is speaking back.”
It ends with Ranveer softly saying, “It’s just Abu Dhabi. It’s like a pause button,” followed by Deepika’s reflective line, “We travel to see the world, but sometimes we end up seeing ourselves.”
However, the ad went viral not for the serene spots of Abu Dhabi but for the elegant look of Deepika Padukone in hijab, which captured the fans’ attention. Fans gripped that Deepika looked stunning in a hijab during one of the scenes.
One user commented, “She looks amazing with hijab.” Another wrote, “This gorgeous hijab gave a glamorous look to Deepika.” A third fan expressed, “Their respect for Arab culture and her wearing the hijab increases my love for her.”
