Ducky Bhai Arrested at Lahore Airport: What We Know So Far

Pakistani YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, was arrested at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport after his name appeared on the Provisional National Identification List. The NCCIA alleges he promoted unauthorized gambling apps and has secured a two-day remand as investigations continue.

Popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, was arrested early Sunday at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). The 27-year-old was attempting to leave the country when immigration officials flagged his name on the Provisional National Identification List.

According to HUM News English, authorities allege that Rehman promoted illegal online gambling platforms—including Binomo, 1xBet, and B9 Game—through his social media accounts. The NCCIA claims these apps defrauded investors by withholding promised payouts and further accuses Rehman of financially benefiting from their promotion. Investigators also allege he acted as a “country manager” for one of the platforms without official authorization.

The probe was launched on June 13, after reports emerged that influencers were encouraging the public to invest in unlawful betting schemes. A formal complaint linked 27 videos to Rehman, some of which have since been deleted. During his arrest, investigators seized his mobile phone, allegedly finding communications tied to gambling endorsements and records of suspicious financial transactions.

The NCCIA has secured a two-day physical remand to continue its investigation and is expected to present a report to the court on August 19.

This is not the first time Rehman has faced legal trouble. Earlier this year, he was granted protective bail by the Lahore High Court in a case involving reckless driving on the motorway.

The case remains under investigation, with the NCCIA leading proceedings.
