The Lahore High Court granted post-arrest bail to YouTuber Ducky Bhai against surety bonds worth Rs1 million in a case accusing him of promoting online gambling apps

The Lahore High Court has approved the bail petition of YouTuber Saad ur Rahman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, in a case concerning the alleged promotion of online gambling applications.

Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry granted post-arrest bail against surety bonds of Rs1 million. During the hearing, he observed that the Supreme Court has previously stated that rejecting bail in such matters is considered “unusual.” The court had earlier called for arguments from both parties before issuing its decision.

Ducky Bhai had approached the court after being named in a case accusing him of endorsing gambling-related mobile apps. His petition argued that the allegations did not justify his continued detention.

He was arrested by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) at Lahore Airport while reportedly attempting to travel abroad despite his name being on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL). According to Express News, immigration officials flagged his departure, leading to his detention.
