Following the verdict, PTI celebrated the decision on X with the hashtag “Victory For Imran Khan.” Earlier, in November 2024, a Lahore anti-terrorism court had rejected Imran’s bail pleas in the May 9 cases, which included charges related to the attack on the Lahore corps commander’s residence.
His subsequent appeal was dismissed by the Lahore High Court (LHC) on June 24. Imran then moved the Supreme Court, challenging the LHC’s decision.
