Qasim Khan and Sulaiman Khan, sons of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, recently met with Trump’s aide Richard Grenell in California,USA on Wednesday.
In a post on social media platform X, Richard shared a photo with Imran Khan’s sons and wrote, Great to spend time with Qasim and Sulaiman. He went on to offer words of encouragement, telling Imran Khan’s sons to stay strong, as millions around the world are facing political vengeance like their father.
“Welcome to California, my friends. I loved hanging out with you today. Sulaiman and @Kasim_Khan_1999, you must stay strong. Millions of people around the world are sick of political prosecutions. You are not alone,” said Richard Grenell after sharing the pictures with the sons of Imran Khan on X.
Earlier this month, Imran Khan’s sister Leema Khan and Suleyman Khan said Suleyman Khan and Qasim Khan will be a part of the protest movement here on 5th August. Leema spoke to the media after her two sisters, Uzma and Naureen Khan, and party lawyers met the PTA founder in Andiala jail. Leema was, however, denied permission for the meeting. She told the reporters that Imran Khan would himself lead the protest movement from inside the jail.

“Imran Khan has said that he will lead the protest movement. He is free while in jail but we are prisoners despite being outside,” she said. “Our family will be fully involved in the protest movement. Sulaiman and Kasim have said that after visiting America, they will join the movement,” she added.
Richard Grenell in another tweet said that they are in this fight together and they also met Joe Wilson. Earlier this year, Grenell had called for the release of Imran Khan in several tweets on X with a call ‘free Imran Khan’.
