“Being Bacha Khan’s grandson does not make you a leader”, PTI

In a recent political exchange, Zahir Shah Toru underlined the incapability of the ANP leadership.

Aimal Khan Wali from the ANP (Awami National Party) has been making offensive comments against former Prime Minister Imran Khan on the basis of his alliance with the PDM. In reaction, a PTI leader has made a strong statement against Bacha Khan’s grandson.

Aimal Khan Wali earlier remarked that Imran Khan and Pakistan cannot coexist and it is important to “get rid of Imran Khan” in order to save Pakistan. These comments were interpreted as direct death threats to Imran Khan by many PTI supporters. Many Twitter users expressed their concern over Wali’s statement.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial secretary information Zahir Shah Toru fought back with comments against the political incapacity of Aimal Khan Wali to lead ANP.

Zahir Shah Toru told Aimal Wali Khan that being the grandson of Bacha Khan is not enough to become a leader. He further criticized the immature and unprofessional attitude of Aimal Khan Wali which has caused his party to be confined only to two districts.

Shah predicted that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) shall completely reject the ANP in the upcoming general elections because they longer support these so-called freedom fighters for Pashtuns.
