In a significant inaugural encounter, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir briefed President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday about the ongoing anti-terrorism operations of the Pakistan Army. During the meeting, General Munir extended congratulations to President Zardari on assuming the presidency and the role of Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
