Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi in his latest tweet has requested Imran Khan to build Kalabagh and other small dams to save Pakistan from water scarcity if Imran Khan becomes the prime minister of Pakistan after winning General elections 2018.
Imran Khan should promise the nation that he will construct Kala Bagh dam & other small dams asap when he is PM….. Pakistan will be bone dry by 2025!!!!!

Pakistan is facing acute water shortage and is expected to run out of its water resources by 2025. Out of all the provinces in Pakistan, Punjab and Sindh with a large population immediately require sufficient water resources.
The construction of Kalabagh dam has been a contentious issue for decades as Sindh and KPK have resisted its construction.
Hamza Ali Abbasi is already caught up in controversies these days after he has been lashing Reham Khan, the ex-wife of Imran Khan for producing a book with serious allegations on the PTI leadership including female party members. Hamza Ali Abbasi said Reham Khan, in her book, has attempted to malign the female news anchors and the institutions of Pakistan.
Hamza Ali Abbasi has served legal notice to Reham Khan for attributing derogatory comments in her book on his relations with Imran Khan.
His statement is expected to garner uproar from KPK. Will Hamza Ali Abbasi retract his statement on Kalabagh dam?
Besides, his political activism, Hamza Ali Abbasi is busy in shoots for his two upcoming projects ‘Alif ‘- a drama serial and movie ‘Maula Jatt 2′ that is expected to be released by the end of this year. His movie, ‘Parwaz Hai Junoon’ will be releasing on Eid-ul-Azha. Earlier it was expected to release on Eid-ul-Fitr.
