Khan’s ouster: A soft coup?

Imran Khan has become the first Pakistani PM to be ever removed by a vote of No Confidence in parliament. And it was no organic political movement; PTI alone has 155 members in National Assembly and the second-largest party (PMLN) has only 84 members, yet around 7-8 political parties have joined hands to remove him. This was not possible without a catalyst, a synthesising force to unite such diverse political interests. What does it tell us about Pakistan? and its judiciary and state institutions? Why people are so demoralised? What will happen now? Will Imran Khan be able to come back into power? Will he be assassinated?
