The record-breaking Pakistani film The Legend of Maula Jatt, which has made history in local cinema, is now set to release in India. Produced by Geo Films, this blockbuster has captivated audiences in Pakistan for two years and will hit screens in Indian Punjab on October 2.

Lashari took to social media to share the exciting news, expressing pride that, even after two years, The Legend of Maula Jatt continues to fill cinemas in Pakistan, especially on weekends.

In a heartfelt post alongside the film’s poster, Lashari conveyed his anticipation for Indian audiences. “I can’t wait for our Punjabi audience in India to experience the magic of this labor of love!” he wrote. He also celebrated the film’s ongoing success in Pakistan, noting its record-breaking performance.

“Releasing in India, Punjab on Wednesday, October 2! Two years in, and still house full on weekends in Pakistan!” Lashari added.
