Pakistani seller introduces bathroom doormats imprinted with Israeli flag

As an act of condemnation, a Pakistani seller has introduced bathroom doormats imprinted with the Israeli flag. The product is named Israel Premium Doormats.

A Pakistani seller has introduced bathroom doormats imprinted with the Israeli flag in an expression of condemnation of the state for killings of Palestinians in the recent bout of bombardment and aerial strikes last week.

The doormats are being put on sale on Pakistan’s largest e-commerce marketplace, Daraz. Social media users are appreciating the seller for introducing the doormats on Daraz. The product is named ‘Israel Premium Bathroom Doormats’.

Social media appreciates the efforts of the sellers calling it a ‘Jihad’ (a struggle to fight against the enemies of Islam) through business. The price of this doormat is reasonable as people have shown willingness to buy it.

Pakistanis have strongly reacted to the Israeli aggression in Palestine and Gaza. A massive protest and rally was held in Karachi on Sunday, joined by a mammoth of people to raise a voice against the atrocities and extreme human rights violations in Gaza and Palestine.

Some of the images from the protest floated on the internet showing the Israeli flag painted on the road in Karachi as an expression of denunciation of Israel’s assault on Palestinians.

Pakistanis have lent unequivocal support for the Palestinian cause and have strongly condemned the killings of children and women in Gaza.

The government of Pakistan and foreign office have actively protested against it, taking the matter to international platforms like the Organization of Islamic Council (OIC) and United Nations (UN).

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in his speech urged the Secretary-General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, and the international community to make serious efforts for the long-lasting peace in Palestine and Gaza.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi received a heroic welcome at Islamabad Airport for the civil society and party members on Sunday night upon his return from the USA. The Foreign Minister for Pakistan talked in-depth about the Palestinian-Israel crisis and demanded the solution according to the resolutions of the United Nations.
