PTI to expose Sindh govt with “black paper” on Dec 31st

The PTI leader said that the Sindh government did not implement any of the laws it introduced. As a result, a white paper will be released against the Sindh government. However, according to Haleem Adil, that white paper has turned black due to the Sindh government's black deeds.

PTI government will expose the shortcomings of the Sindh government with a charge sheet. The charge sheet against the Sindh government will be exposed on December 31st.

Leader of Opposition in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh revealed the news during a press conference in Karachi. The PTI leader once again slammed the provincial government for its shortcomings.

Expressing sadness over the incident, Haleem Adil Sheikh said that the hospital did not comply with the Amal Act, indicating a failure of governance.

To clarify, under the Amal Act, in a situation of emergency, private or government hospitals will not demand money or any other inquiry before the treatment as it causes many delays. Additionally, the Sindh government will pay for compulsory medical treatment.

Moreover, Haleem Adil Sheikh raised concern over the alarming situation of HIV/AIDS in Sindh. He said the Sindh government introduced auto-lock syringes in 2013. However, more than 5000 children became a victim of AIDs due to misuse of syringes.

“Black paper” against Sindh govt

Taking note of such incidents, the PTI leader said that the Sindh government introduced around 82 laws. However, there was no implementation. As a result, a white paper will be released against the Sindh government.

“However, that white paper has turned black due to the Sindh government’s black deeds,” Haleem Adil said.

“Therefore, we are releasing a black paper on the Sindh government’s performance for this year on December 31st,” he further added.

Important to note, Haleem Adil Sheikh also accused PPP of misleading the public on Local Government law by making fabricated statements.

Haleem Adil Sheikh said that Sindh Local Government Act 2013 was a violation of Article 140-A of the Constitution of Pakistan and a clear manifestation of the fact that PPP wanted to deprive citizens of their basic rights. He accused the Sindh government of imposing civilian martial law in the province and turning Sindh Assembly into a factory for passing illegal laws.
