Fresh Blackberries when they are in season are amongst the best anti-oxidants you can get. This drink allows you to drink the required 8 glasses of water and stay hydrated with no effort. If you want simple water infused with blackberries then just use half pint and crush slightly before adding to water.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blackberries
  • orange juice
  • 2 lemons
  • 10mlcinnamon syrup
  • sparkling water as needed

Method

  1. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup, add half the blackberries and mix in blender. Crush the remainder of blackberries and then add into jug.
  2. Use as needed throughout the day by adding the sparkling water.
