The cricketer instead of calling him ‘brother from another mother’ wrote ‘mother from another brother’.

The images of his tweet spread like a wildfire on Twitter. The embattled Umar Akmal is confronting a boorish mockery on Twitter. A tweet meant to express admiration for former cricketer Abdul Razzak turned out to be a worst faux pass for Umar Akmal.

Currently, he is trending atop on Twitter, with social media users savagely trolling him for his embarrassing mistake, posting tweets in incorrect English.

But unfortunate Umar Akmal is also trending on Twitter for another reason; PCB has banned him from participating in any form of cricket tournament under the Article 4.7.1 of the Pakistan Sports Board Anti-Corruption Code.

The suspension of Umar Akmal is a big blow to the PSL franchise of Quetta Gladiators since the cricketer was set to play from the franchise in the fifth edition of PSL. However, defending PSL champions are allowed to replace him in the team. They will have to submit a formal application to replace the cricketer.

Following the suspension, the cricketer will miss the entire PSL 5- which was the key to revive his cricketing career and bounce back in the national squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup. Some social media users believe that the ban from PCB is a conspiracy to deprive the cricketer of the opportunity to build himself up.
