Maryam Nawaz, vice-President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), changed her profile picture on October 25 while she was in Balochistan to address a rally organized by the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). Prominent anchorperson Imran Khan revealed on Tuesday that Maryam Nawaz was presenting terrorists as missing persons. Rashid Baloch and Dr. Deen Muhammad are the most wanted terrorists, revealed the journalist. However, Maryam presented both of them as missing persons.

Rashid Baloch is the person involved Chinese consulate attack in Karachi. “Rashid Baloch alias Abdullah is not only the facilitator of the attack but also a key man of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA),” said DIG CTD Abdullah Sheikh. “After the findings of the initial investigation, we were closely monitoring suspects and finally found his connection with the episode. The interesting fact that we gathered through technological support is that he was very close to the Chinese consulate when it was attacked and personally monitored the assault.”
In November 2018, three heavily armed militants attempted to enter the Chinese consulate in the ‘high-security zone’ of Karachi’s Clifton but were shot dead in an encounter with law enforcers. The gun-and-grenade assault also claimed the lives of two police officials and two visa applicants, as well as injuring a private guard of the foreign mission. The BLA claimed responsibility for the attack.
Notably, Rashid received Rs949,000 to his bank account just days before the attack and he arranged all the finances, logistics, and cash support to facilitate the attackers.

Imran Khan also explained that Dr. Deen Muhammad, another terrorist whose picture was shared by Maryam, is very close to Allah Nazar Baloch. Nazar Baloch is a militant and the current leader of the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), a militant group operating in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Under his leadership, the Baloch Liberation Front claimed responsibility for attacks on civilians, journalists, government and security personnel. Out of the total 38 journalists killed in Balochistan since 2007, Baloch Liberation Front and Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for killing 27 of those journalists. Nazar Baloch has also threatened to conduct attacks against schools in Pakistan. He made those threats while giving reference to the 2014 attack on a school which took place in Peshawar.

Imran Khan also explained how Mama Qadeer Baloch, a self-declared activist, is using some media houses and politicians to achieve his objectives. Notably, Mama Qadeer wants Narendra Modi’s intervention to ‘get freedom’. “We plead Prime Minister of India to help us politically and militarily to get us freedom from Pakistan,” Qadeer told DNA in an exclusive interview.

Notably, Mama Qadeer believes that Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving naval officer arrested in Pakistan, is innocent. However, Qadeer got appreciation from the former premier Nawaz Sharif back in 2014.
