Lately, the dissident PTI MNAs have been receiving mass criticism for their decision to move against PM Khan. Regarding this, a video clip of Raja Riaz getting grilled on a TV show for a private news channel is making the rounds on social media.
During the interview, Raja Riaz was asked about whether or not the rebel MNAs will return to the party. Pertinent to mention, Sunday, PM Khan publicly announced a pardon for the dissident MNAs.
“We all make mistakes. Allah also forgives his slaves. I am just like a father figure to you all. But for God’s sake, don’t make such a big mistake [by joining hands with the corrupt Opposition]. Think about your children’s future,” the PM appealed to the MNAs.

Regarding this, Raja Riaz hit out at PM Khan and criticized him for the allegations. To clarify, PM Khan accused the MNAs of accepting bribes from the Opposition.
“On one side he is being a father figure. On the other hand, he leveled false allegations against us,” Raja Riaz said. Furthermore, narrated the “injustices” done by the government, for instance, inflation, corruption, poor people being unable to afford medicines, etc.
Raja Riaz was then questioned why he did not resign instead and go back to the public. At this, Raja Riaz admitted that he should have resigned first. However, the current political situation is such that his vote is needed.
“Politically, there was not enough time that we waste our votes,” Raja Riaz said. On this note, Raja Riaz was challenged to announce his resignation on air. However, Raja Riaz insisted that his vote is needed and refused to answer whether he will vote for the Opposition or not.

PTI MNAs facing a tough time from public
Needless to say, the dissident PTI MNAs are facing public backlash following their decision of going against PM Khan. Last week, an audio clip of a voter shaming Raja Riaz went viral on social media.
In the alleged audiotape, Raja Riaz could be heard talking to one of his supporters who is shaming him for selling his vote. The voter shamed him for siding with PPP against PM Imran Khan. The voter said they are disappointed to see his videos appearing from Sindh House. He added that he should have resigned from his parliamentary seat before joining hands with the opposition.

Similarly, another disgruntled PTI MNA Noor Alam Khan was publicly insulted. The PTI activists questioned him over his actions and accused him of cheating on the country.
