PML-N leaders Ataullah Tarar and Azma Bukhari announced that they will not let Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrest Shehbaz Sharif. According to them, PM Imran Khan can do whatever he wants, FIA will not arrest Shehbaz Sharif for the third time.
While , the leaders said they will resist FIA. They will not allow them to detain the PML-N president. If the FIA attempted to do so, its offices would be besieged.
The PML-N leaders also warned PM Khan and NAB Chairman that they will face consequences for leveling false accusations against Shehbaz Sharif. They too accused PM Khan and NAB Chairman of corruption.

“Soon Imran Khan and NAB chairman will be in the dock, and they will have to face accountability over their corrupt practices,” they said.
They said Shehbaz Sharif already submitted a detailed reply to the Multan NAB office in May 2020 regarding the Bahawalpur Satellite Town case. However, the Bureau was reopening the case on the directions of Imran Khan.
He said FIA arrested Shehgaz Sharif in the Saaf Pani Company case, then they sent him to jail in the Ashiyana Housing Scheme case, and later changed the case to a sewer drain of Ramzan Sugar Mills.

According to Tarar, the FIA’s cybercrime wing is active only against anti-government people. He accused the government of taking strict actions against anyone criticizing it. However, when government spokespersons use foul language against the opposition, no agency moved against them.
Ataullah was referring to Shehbaz Sharif’s claims of FIA harassing him and his son.
Shehbaz Sharif accuses FIA of harassment
Last month, the PML-N leader accused the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of alleged harassment during their investigation.
As per Shehbaz Sharif, the FIA team used explicit language. Instead of conducting the investigation in a cordial manner, the FIA team acted in an impolite manner.

The Federal Investigation Agency, however, denied all accusations leveled by Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the FIA spokesperson, the FIA treated Shehbaz Sharif with the utmost respect and was continuously addressing him as the “leader of the opposition.”
During the investigation, FIA also offered coffee to Shehbaz Sharif.
The spokesperson also said that Shehbaz Sharif did not give serious answers to the questions asked during the investigation.
