In an interesting conversation on Sunday, actor Shaan Shahid asked actress Mehwish Hayat not to tame his heart. The actor’s comments came in response to a photo Hayat posted on Twitter yesterday.
Hayat had posted her scintillating image on Twitter with a caption: “I’m not heartless, I just learned how to use my heartless.” A few hours later, Shahid, reacted to her tweet and said: “Hearts should never be tamed…”

Hayat, earlier this month, had released the promo of an upbeat song recorded as the TVC for a biscuit brand. The actress had donned heavily embellished traditional outfits and jewelry in the song as she energetically danced to the beats of a Punjabi melody. The company released the television commercial last week.

While Hayat channeled her ‘desi girl vibes’ in the song, the expansive and vibrant TVC showcasing the cultures of Pakistan failed to garner sweeping appreciation on social media. Internet users gave a mixed reaction to the TVC. The outspoken actress had earlier dissed the trolls in a post last week: “I don’t need your approval, darling. I have my own!”
