Hyundai’s Elantra to hit the Pakistani Automobile market soon. According to Pakwheels, the car manufacturer has started its assembly in Pakistan hinting at its launch soon.

The Pakistani automobile market has seen the launch of new sedans in the past few months, like Toyota Yaris and Changan Alsvin. On the other hand, Hyundai Elantra and Proton SAGA are the two awaited sedans that are soon to hit the market.

Pakwheels has reported the expected price of Hyundai’s Elantra to be in the range of Rs. 3.6 million to Rs. 4 million. This means that it is going to compete with Corolla and Civic, the two popular sedan choices up till now.

Although the car manufacturer sets the engine requirements according to the market, the most common one is the 1.6L Naturally Aspirated 4-Cylinder Petrol Engine. It produces 22hp and 156Nm of torque, mated with 6-Speed Manual or 6-Speed Automatic transmission.
