Justice Qazi Faez Isa spotted in parliament

The presence of Justice Qazi Faez Isa in the parliament is amassing a lot of criticism on social media. Justice Faez Isa was invited in honor of the golden jubilee of the constitution, however, netizens are questioning his presence.

As today marks the golden jubilee of the 1973 constitution, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif made a special address to the National Assembly. Supreme Court Senior Puisne Judge Justice Qazi Faez Isa has also been spotted in the parliament.

According to the details, Justice Qazi Faez Isa reached the Parliament House to attend the Golden Jubilee Convention on the special invitation of the National Assembly speaker. He was the only top court judge in attendance.

Interestingly, the presence of Justice Qazi Faez Isa in the parliament is amassing a lot of criticism on social media. Despite the fact, Justice Faez Isa was invited in honor of the golden jubilee of the constitution, netizens are questioning his presence and accusing him of being biased.

Videos and images of Justice Faez Isa sitting next to PPP Co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari are going viral on social media. Questions are being raised on Justice Faez Isa – who is a sitting judge – attending an event where political speeches are being made.

In his address to the National Assembly, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that 50 years ago politicians came together despite their differences, and the Constitution is still protected today.

He paid tribute to the leaders and parties who gifted the people of Pakistan the Constitution. PM Shehbaz Sharif said that one year ago the apposition brought Pakistan out of the crisis with the help of this constitution.

He maintained that all the political parties will go into elections on their manifestos. The Constitution has brought everyone all together. 

Justice Qazi Isa also made a speech. He said that he and his brother judges stood with the Constitution of Pakistan. At the outset of his speech, Justice Isa clarified that he was not here to make a political speech.
