‘We will do to you what we did to Americans in Afghanistan’: Fazl threatens to rebel

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman considers himself respected by those of high rank in Pakistan.

President Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman while addressing the reception at Muzaffarabad on Monday said that we will not be afraid of the opponents, we will hold everyone accountable, reported Urdu.siasat.pk. Maulana said that it is not possible for us to live a life of slavery in the country.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said, “state institutions take the law into their own hands, they suspend the constitution, the constitution is paralyzed in their hands, the law has no status in their eyes, whatever it is, the same law is different for us if we do the same.” If he was to survive, then why should he run freedom movements? The reason he was running the movement is because he would not accept dictatorial thinking.

Maulana further said that “Pakistan is my home, Pakistan is my state, I do not consider you the heir of Pakistan, you are scaring me with small arrests? You are a puppet of America, we do not want war.” The JUI-F chief said that the water from which we drank could not accept slavery. He demanded that he wants to live in the state as a free citizen and a respected person.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman further said that he considers himself more respected than the officers holding high positions and high ranks. He warned the institutions to be straight because his party is already on the right path.

He also challenged the officials in charge to not even try to get on his and his party’s bad side because if they do, they will do to Pakistan what happened to the United States in Afghanistan.
