Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane gracefully and sensibly confronted a troll from India on social media. An Indian user asked her views on the Pulawama attack adding that she would definitely not answer to it.
Mawra gently responded to the question and stated “You assumed what I would do before I did it so first things first stop judging. 2: humanity first. Every life lost is a human life lost. It’s heartbreaking!!!! Praying for sabr & more love on this side of the world. 3: stop the hate just in case someone isn’t expressive.”

The extremism had taken a toll in India to the point where the Bollywood celebrities are found to be bashing their own people for reporting serious crimes. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher, the proponent of right-wing Bharatiya Janata Party, has slammed India’s top journalist Barkha Dutt for raising the issues of personal harassment at a time when entire India is mourning the death of 44 soldiers in Pulwama terror attack.
I notice some people are trying to make their personal harassment on social media bigger than the tragedy of our #Phulwama brave hearts. Please don’t get fooled by these usual suspects. They r trying to deviate us. They don’t want us to come together even in our national grief. pic.twitter.com/AZ1uM5iijK

India’s top journalist Barkha Dutt complained of receiving severe death threats from several numbers and objectionable pictures and messages of sexual harassment. She posted the screenshots of the messages on her Twitter account as well.
Day 3: abusive messages, threats, phone calls, pornographic pictures continue to be sent through the night. One man has photoshopped my number as the sender, the other wants my rate as a call girl, third keeps leaving audio messages, fourth sends more nude pix. Just another day pic.twitter.com/KsbuqdhqSN

Anupam Kher reacting to her tweets released a video message in which he condemned Dutt for bringing up the trivial subject of personal harassment at the time of crisis. He accused her of conspiring to deviate the attention of people from the serious issues and deadly terror attack.
Anupam Kher also expressed his scorn towards Navjot Singh Sidhu for his statement on Pulwama attack. When asked about Sidhu’s statements “nations cannot be held responsible for the dastardly acts of terrorists and that the dialogue with Islamabad should continue” Anupam Kher in response stated that “Sometimes when you talk too much, it can lead to you talking rubbish.:)”
