PML-N’s Miftah Ismail abuses voters of Karachi in a viral video

Unable to take criticism, Miftah Ismail lashed out and abused the voters who slammed him for making fake claims of serving the people after winning the elections.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader, Miftah Ismail, abuses voters during an election campaign in Karachi’s Baldia Town. A video of Ismail’s altercation with the voters of the constituency went viral on social media.

Unable to take criticism, Miftah Ismail lashed out and abused the voters who slammed him for making fake claims of serving the people after winning the elections. In the video, a group of upset voters surrounded Miftah Ismail when he reached the constituency for his election campaign. The disgruntled voters slammed him for making fake promises like his leader, former premier Nawaz Sharif.

An old man complained that people in this constituency are struggling for basic amenities in life. Adding, the lack of clean water supply has increased the woes of the people living here. Another man said that they do not trust his words. A voter called oust premier Nawaz Sharif a ‘thief’. He added that how will Nawaz Sharif serve us when he has fled the country and is sitting in London.

Unable to take criticism, Miftah Ismail also abused the voters and left the crowded market. Meanwhile, some voters chanted ‘Go Nawaz Go’.

The video is gaining immense traction on social media with the PML-N candidate being slammed for abusing the voter instead of empathizing with them.

However, Miftah Ismail is hopeful he will be winning the by-election with a huge margin. Last week, he launched candy for the election campaign for by-polls in the NA-249 constituency of Karachi.

Miftah Ismail, the former finance minister of Pakistan, was spotted distributing candies among children as part of his election campaign. The by-elections are being organized after Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf parliamentarian, Faisal Vawda, had resigned from the seat.
