Shadab Khan, Hassan Ali , Sarfaraz Ahmed: Brothers for life

Pakistani cricketers Hassan Ali, Sarfaraz Ahmed, and Shadab Khan shared a heartwarming picture on Tuesday after on their respective social media accounts.

Islamabad United had a convincing defeat against Quetta Gladiators last night. Despite scoring a half-century, Sarfaraz could not clinch victory for Gladiators. Meanwhile, Hassan and Shadab have given outstanding performance in the recent matches while playing from Islamabad United.

The picture shows all the three cricketers walking together and having fun after the match. Shadab while posting the picture appreciated the performance of Sarfaraz Ahmed last night.

“Kaptan well played,” said Shadab Khan in a tweet. Sarfaraz Ahmed also posted pictures on his Twitter account with a caption: “We fight. We make up. We’re brothers: #Brothersforlife.”

The lighthearted pictures of Pakistani players having fun moments garnered immense praise and appreciation on social media. Several cricket fans asserted that they cherish PSL because players respect and encourage each other despite playing from opposing teams.

Earlier, Sarfaraz Ahmed had received flak on social media for his aggressive behavior with other players on-field in previous matches of Quetta Gladiators.

Quetta Gladiators has been on a losing streak since the start of the tournament. The pressure seems to take on the former skipper of Pakistan’s national team.

His difference with another player, Muhammad Hafeez, was a hot topic on social media when Quetta Gladiators lost to Lahore Qalandars. Hafeez is playing from Qalandars and had performed exceptionally well against Gladiators.

For the past few months, Sarfaraz was several times excluded from the playing 11 of Pakistan cricket team. His fans had objected to mistreating and ignoring him from the team.

His fans have been pouring out love for him on social media and encouraging him to stay hopeful since he will again bounce back soon.
