Amid the interview, the host asked Sonam if she had any words for her fans in Pakistan. Sonam’s face lit up with joy as she responded eagerly, “To all my fans in Pakistan, I want you to know that I hold a deep affection for you. We often connect and interact on Twitter, which brings me immense joy.” Her heartfelt message sparked a burst of enthusiastic cheers from the crowd.
Earlier she collaborated with the Pakistani actor Ahsan Khan for a project. She was spotted at the opening of the store of the Pakistani brand in the UK.
She expressed a similar visit to Pakistan last year as well. In a statement, she even said that she was planning her trip to Pakistan.
A fan from Pakistan asked if she will ever visit Pakistan to which she said, that she is planning to visit Pakistan this year with a shushing emoji. “Sonam, please do visit Pakistan too someday!” To this, she replied, “I’m coming this year.”
Another Pakistani Twitter user asked her how it feels to be respected and loved in Pakistan and she said she feels “blessed”.

This is not the first time Sonam Bajwa has expressed her interest. In an interview with the BBC Asian Network last year she praised Pakistani actors and the drama industry. Sonam Bajwa praised Sajal Aly and talked about Pakistani dramas such as ‘Meray Pass Tum Ho’. She also praised the work of Ahmed Ali Akbar.
She also expressed her interest in being in a relationship with Fawad Khan, if he was not married. This is a mystery, I can’t tell, but only that the person I want to have an affair with is already married.” She further commented, “I don’t eye on married men. It’s Fawad Khan, so if he wasn’t wed, I’d make my move.” She expressed her desire in an interview with a radio portal, Connect FM Canada.
