“We belong to an unfortunate society where our women are not safe at all. The society where even a police inspector is not safe is on the lowest levels of its morals,” another Twitterati wrote.
Important to note, data from domestic violence helplines across Pakistan indicated that cases of domestic violence increased 200 percent from January-March 2020, and further worsened during the Covid-19 lockdowns after March.
Furthermore, incidents of domestic violence leading to murder also emerge in the media. As far as I know it is a coverup story fabricated in order to camouflage the real culprits. Nobody took pains even to ask for forensic verification of these sentimental remarks alleged to have written by deceased constable.

On the other hand, netizens even raised concerns over the lack of a support system for mental health issues, especially in high-pressure jobs.
“Unfortunately, we have less number of police officers per inhabitants. The stress level is very high and there is zero help and support system available, no psychological sessions available where officers can layoff their burden,24/7 are on call,high-ups are abusive, etc. RIP!” another netizen noted.
