Indian Colonel Rajesh directing terror in Pakistan from Kabul

RAW officer, Naval Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, arrested from Balochistan in 2016, became an international scandal when India hoping for relief took his case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Hague. On 13th November 2020, DG ISPR, spokesman Pakistan Army, while briefing on Dossier along with the country’s foreign minister, informed the world that another Indian officer, Col. Rajesh is the mastermind behind terror-sponsoring in Pakistan, through Indian consulates in Afghanistan.
