PMLN rejects the claims made by Commissioner Rawalpindi on election rigging

In the bombshell presser, he took responsibility for the alleged massive rigging in the elections.

PMLN rejects the claims made by Commissioner Rawalpindi Liaquat Ali Chatta who resigned and surrendered to the Police over rigging in the elections in the Rawalpindi division.

In a press conference held on Saturday, Chatta admitted to massive rigging in elections in Rawalpindi. He admitted that he was directly involved in the manipulation of the results in the Rawalpindi division. In the bombshell presser, he took responsibility for the alleged massive rigging in the elections.

“We convert the losers into winners with 50,000 votes margin,” he claimed and surrendered himself before the police.

Additionally, he instructed his subordinates to change the results and make the losing candidate the winner of the majority of the constituencies.

In this presser, he added that he contemplated committing suicide multiple times but then decided to expose the truth ahead of the public. “I want to apologize to the returning officers under me, when I told them that you have to do something wrong, they were crying,” said Commissioner Rawalpindi in his presser.

He accused Chief Justice and Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja for the alleged manipulation in the elections. “Fake votes have been affixed. Chief Election Commissioner and Chief Justice are involved,” said Liaquat Ali Chatta in his statement.

Commenting on the future course of action, he said: “There is no need for re-election, just collect form 45 and the results will be clear, irregularities is a small word.”

“Those who were losing at night, we made them win in the morning, ” said Commissioner Rawalpindi Division in his press conference before being arrested.

Commissioner Rawalpindi has been arrested following his press conference. In the end of his press conference, he said that he had a lot of pressure from the people of Pakistan, particularly overseas Pakistanis regarding the rigging in the elections.

Meanwhile, leaders of PMLN have rejected the claims of Commissioner Rawalpindi of rigging in the elections. Rana Sanuallah has declared him mentally unfit and others have questioned his involvement in the elections.
