Bakhtawar, Mahmood Chaudhary to marry in the last week of January

Last week, the eldest daughter of Benazir Bhutto and Zardari had shared the intriguing details of the delicate shawl she wore on her engagement ceremony.

Bakhtawar Bhutto and fiancé Mahmood Chaudhary are set to marry on January 29th, 2021 with the invitations for the wedding sent out to guests by former president Asif Ali Zardari.

Since the engagement, the couple has been interacting on social media. Soon after the engagement, Chaudhary wrote that his friends have been asking him if it would be the destination wedding, to which he said, the destination of the wedding would be Pakistan. Chaudhary revealed himself on social media with an Instagram account soon after the engagement.

Last week, the eldest daughter of Benazir Bhutto and Zardari had shared the intriguing details of the delicate shawl she wore on her engagement ceremony. In an Instagram post, Bakhtawar revealed that shawl revealed two different stories of her life.

“One side is embroidered with images and childhood memories of us growing up in Islamabad and the other side captures the start of my next chapter in life where a scene is set where the groom can be seen arriving with a ring and preparations are in place for the engagement event. The central panel is etched with the sun and the sky, with beautiful birds flying on it holding together the two chapters of life,” wrote Bakhtawar in an Instagram post.

Back in November, social media platforms brimmed with heartwarming pictures of Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari with her fiancé, Mahmood Chaudhry, of their engagement ceremony.

The couple exchanged rings on November 27th. Bakhtawar took to her Twitter account and shared the images herself, while a few images were released by Pakistan People’s Party media cell on social media. The images gave a brief glimpse of an intimate engagement ceremony. According to reports, only 150 people attended the ceremony.

Bakhtawar looked ethereal in an appealing pink outfit with a Mughal-inspired statement shawl, while the groom was dressed up in an all-cream traditional outfit. The bride donned a minimal look at her engagement ceremony. She paired her pink dress with a small silver necklace. The pink floral arrangement of the engagement ceremony perfectly fitted with the pink outfit of the bride. The internet users from across Pakistan sent felicitations and warm wishes to the couple.’
