Bushra Iqbal, the former wife of Aamir Liaquat Hussain, has filed a case against Dania Shah. Shah is the third wife of Aamir Liaquat Hussain. On Friday, Iqbal filed the case against Dania Shah with the cybercrime wing.
Iqbal had announced to file the case against Dania Shah and her mother in a tweet. “Today we are going to file an application in FIA Cyber Crime against Dania Shah and her mother.” She went on to request prayers as well.”
Earlier, Dania Shah had requested to be made a party in the case regarding his autopsy. Sindh High Court accepted her request and ordered the relevant parties to prepare for it.
Shah had filed for divorce a few weeks before the death of Aamir Liaquat Hussain. She had requested the High Court to make her part of the case regarding his autopsy.
During the hearing, Dania Shah’s mother came to the rostrum and said, “My daughter was Aamir Liaquat’s wife. Aamir Liaquat Hussain was such a great personality, the cause of death should be known.” Adding that Dania Shah has the right to know about the cause of his death.

The family of Aamir Liaquat Hussain had also requested against the decision of the court to order his postmortem.
Controversial politician and TV celebrity, Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain passed away in Karachi on Thursday. According to the initial reports, he passed away from gas leakage in his home. He was shifted to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Hussain said he was allegedly found unconscious in his home.
He was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state. Doctors tried to save him but to no avail. His post-mortem will be done at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Hospital in Karachi. He was an elected National Assembly member from NA-245 Karachi-I East-IV in 2018.
