Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan will address the nation today at 4 pm after surviving an assassination attempt on Thursday during the long march in Wazirabad.

Khan's supporters began gathering again early on Friday at the spot of the apparent assassination attempt and called on the former prime minister to restart his march on Islamabad.
The police said that the suspect who opened fire on Khan’s container has been arrested. Several other people, including PTI leader Faisal Javed, also sustained injuries.
