Esra Bilgic, the Turkish actress, has hinted at working with top brands of Pakistan. In her interview with a publication in Pakistan, she revealed the news of her upcoming projects in Pakistan.
However, Esra Bilgic did not name the brand since she said it is too early. Esra shared the detail when asked about her plans to visit Pakistan.
Esra Bilgic says she will work with Pakistani brands soon
“Yes, better late than never!” she confirms. “We will meet when all this is over when I will be working with Pakistani brands. I’m sharing, for the first time, that I’m about to work with three of Pakistan’s most loved brands. This will soon be announced by the press as well.”
Perhaps, the fears of Pakistani actors like Shaan Shahid and Yasir Hussain turned true. They had predicted that with the unprecedented rage for Turkish serial, Dirilis Ertugrul, in Pakistan, soon some of these Turkish actors will be signed for brand endorsements. This implied that there would be fewer opportunities for brand endorsements for Pakistani celebrities.
My favourite bit from my interview with #Ertugrul’s #EsraBilgic, printed on the cover of today’s @IconDawn. The actress has evidently signed on with three major Pakistani brands. I have been in detective mode ever since and I do have some sure shot guesses now 😉#ErtugrulGhazi pic.twitter.com/6YuQq0HITS

Likewise, as per the recent reports, PSL franchise Peshawar Zalmi is looking forward to signing Engin Altan as their brand ambassador in the next edition of PSL. Perhaps, the fears of Pakistani celebrities are solidifying.
The worldwide popularity of Esra Bilgic spiked exponentially as Pakistan fans joined the bevy of her global followers following the broadcast of Dirilis Ertugrul in Pakistan. Her following on Instagram and other social media platforms increased massively with the influx of Pakistani fans.
Her fans in Pakistan like her for playing the quintessential role of a female Muslim warrior and Seljuk Princess, Halime Sultan, in the serial Dirilis Ertugrul.
Several Pakistani celebrities like Ayesha Omar and Hania Amir turned out to be the fans of Esra Bilgic and even expressed the wish to play Halime Sultan.
Photoshoot for a Pakistani magazine
However, Esra Bilgic has already made her debut in the entertainment industry of Pakistan. She appeared on the covers of a Pakistani magazine. The glamorous actress shared the picture of the cover page of the magazine on her official Instagram account. But the news of Esra Bilgic set to work with top brands of Pakistan cheered her followers.
Esra Bilgic had an exclusive photo-shoot for the June edition of the Pakistani magazine ‘HELLO’. It is the first time Turkish actress Esra Bilgic has appeared on the cover of a Pakistani magazine. The actress expressed her delight in working with people in Pakistan.
“Hello! Pakistan June digital issue is out and I’m on the cover! Thank you to my all team,” wrote Esra Bilgic on Instagram.
“Esra Bilgiç wins hearts and minds on the cover of HELLO! Pakistan this June 2020. Pakistan’s favorite Turkish star took out time for her Pakistani fans to do an exclusive photoshoot for HELLO! following all Covid-19 protocols this month. This is her exclusive, first-ever interview and photoshoot for a Pakistani publication,” wrote the magazine.
Initially, Pakistani fans of Dirilis Ertugrul started moral policing Turkish actors Esra Bilgic (Halime Sultan) and Engin Altan Duzyatan (Ertugrul) on Instagram for following western culture in real life. The Pakistani fans — inspired by the exquisite representation of Muslim characters played by these actors on screen — rushed to their social media accounts to lecture them on their choice of clothing.
