Haris Rauf, other cricketers receive warm reception in Pakistan

Cricket fans have already praised the passion, determination, and fighting spirit he showed in the final of the T20 World Cup 2022.

Pakistani cricketer Haris Rauf receives a warm welcome in Pakistan upon arrival from Australia. Rauf and other cricketers are returning from Australia after playing the final of the T20 World Cup 2022 against England last Sunday.

A video has emerged on social media showing Haris Rauf given a warm welcome at the airport as well as his home. People danced to the beats of the drum. Rauf garlanded him with flowers. People hugged and patted him on the back for his spectacular performance throughout the world cup.

Cricket fans have already praised the passion, determination, and fighting spirit he showed in the final of the T20 World Cup 2022. Fans believe Rauf played his heart out and supported his team members to win the trophy for Pakistan.

Talking to the media his father said that he is satisfied with the performance of Haris Rauf in the T20 World Cup 2022. He said Haris performed well though the team could not win the T20 World Cup 2022. He, however, said that he is happy Pakistan reached the final of the T20 World Cup.

The cricketer’s father said that earlier he used to scold Haris Rauf to complete his education; he is doing fine in cricket. When asked if he gives suggestions to Haris Rauf regarding his game, to which he said he only asks him to focus on line and length while bowling.

Other cricketers also received a warm reception at the airport. Captain Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Asif, and PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja reached Lahore; fans cheered and welcomed the players. Some even tried to take pictures with their favorite cricketers.

Pakistani cricketers were given a warm reception by the Pakistani community and cricket fans in Australia. Despite losing the final, fans reached outside the hotel to cheer up the disappointed cricketers.
