Netizens on Twitter are congratulating Constable Muneeb Ahsan for the achievement. This is not the first time that Pakistan’s police force has made the nation proud. On several occasions, Pakistan’s police force has brought honor to the country.

Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed the appointment of Inspector General Shahkar an honor of the country.

In another instance, in May this year, Shahir Afridi, a police officer from southern Pakistan, won the Asian Boxing Federation middleweight title. Shahir Afridi, who serves in the Sindh Police Rapid Response Force, defeated Thailand’s Vachayan Khamon in an eight-round bout in Bangkok.
