Maryam Nawaz scored her own goal after Maryam Aurangzeb did a press conference on the wrong hashtag ‘Imported Hukomat Namanzoor’ on Monday. Aurangzeb attempted to discredit the original traffic generated under ‘Imported Hukomat Namanzoor’ in a press conference on Monday.
She claimed the hashtag is fake and that the traffic generated has been created through fake and bot accounts. In her press conference and tweet, she claimed that: “contributing Twitter Accounts are 924 Active Twitter Accounts: 709 Confirmed Humans: 177 Bots or Bot Like 532 Original tweet originators:33”. Later PTI media team discovered that Marriyum Aurangzeb investigated and did a press conference on the wrong hashtag ‘Imported Hukomat Namantoor’ which was created by the PMLN social media team to create confusion and bring the right hashtag down.

Twitter identified PTI’s bot army and marked their fake trends as spam. PTI’s bots are still constantly spamming the digital space while making changes to the words and spreading misinformation. PTI mocks Maryam Nawaz
The original hashtag ‘Imported Hukomat Namanzoor’ has been trending on Twitter in Pakistan for the past week since Imran Khan has been forced out of the prime minister’s office. The hashtag has been used 2.51 million times ever since the press conference of Marriyum Aurangzeb.
Later, Maryam Nawaz also posted a tweet inadvertently telling the right and original hashtag. Users, however, mocked the PMLN leader for exposing themselves and guiding the people to use the right hashtag against them instead of the fakes ones.
Maryam Nawaz deleted the tweet in which she posted a picture of the accounts using the wrong hashtag. Meanwhile, the official PTI Twitter team mocked Maryam Nawaz. Thank you “Woman of the Series” for coming to the rescue once again. Yes, the following is the one that is giving you all sleepless nights: #امپورٹڈ_حکومت_نامنظور The other one (fake) is what Maryam A did a PC on. Pakistanis united on social media giving you chills!,” commented PTI in her tweet.

The social media trend “Imported Hakumat Na-Manzoor,” which translates to “Imported government, unacceptable,” has become the most popular trend on all social media platforms. The trend is being used across several social media platforms to condemn the “successful regime change conspiracy” against foreign interference in Pakistan.
In the first week, the social media trend had been used by over 5.5 million times and received engagement. It is pertinent to mention that engagement essentially means the total number of times a user has interacted with a tweet or a post. This includes all clicks anywhere on the Tweet (including hashtags, links, avatars, username, and Tweet expansion), retweets, replies, follows, and likes.
