Pakistani celebrities thank their fans on New Years

Pakistani celebrities flooded social media with warm wishes and greeting on the eve of the New Year.

From Mahira Khan to Mawra Hocane and Fahad Mustafa, celebrities and big names of Pakistan’s entertainment industry sent out warm wishes and greetings to their followers.

Scores of celebrities expressed their gratitude towards their fans and followers for providing them with unconditional love and support throughout 2017.

They also requested to continue providing them with the same support and love in 2018 as well.

Despite controversies, Mahira Khan made huge strides in her career in the preceding year. She left a huge impact in Bollywood as her debut movie ‘Raees’ was a huge success at the box office.

Though her recently released movie in Pakistan ‘Verna’ did not do well at the box office, her captivating standout performance appealed to the audience 

The multi-talented performer Fahad Mustafa, too wished his fans and followers a happy New Year.

Fahad Mustafa has had some changes in his career. He has taken a step back from the drama industry as an actor but is successfully venturing behind the screen as a producer.

Also, his movie, ‘Na Maloom Afraad-2′ released in 2017 received an encouraging response from the box office. The movie, according to official statements from the makers, earned a profit of Rs. 200 million.

Humayun Saeed was featured alongside Mehwish Hayat in ‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’. The movie was credited with truly reviving the Pakistani film industry and was one of the most successful movies of the year.
