The luxurious house shown in the HUM TV’s serial, Parizaad, is on sale for Rs.60 crore. The drama serial has been a hit among the masses for its impactful storyline, stellar performance, and extravagant mansion.

Ahmad Ali Akbar has been playing the lead role of Parizaad. Yumna Zaidi, Ushna Shah, Urwa Hocane and Nauman Ejaz, Saboor Aly are also part of the serial. According to the latest information, the house has 14 bedrooms and is stretched upon 10 Kanals. The house is located in Gulberg Green Islamabad and was built in 2018.

The house owner, Usman Zafar Cheema, said that he is selling the house because he is moving to his new home. Cheema said that ever since the serial has been aired, people flock to his house and visit him. He asserted that there is a whole map guide of his house on YouTube.

Final episode of Parizaad to be shown in cinemas

The worth of the house has shocked many people. Meanwhile, the serial is moving to its end, and reportedly the last episode will be aired in cinemas on January 22nd.

 

Nasar Khan, PR manager of Hum TV, has confirmed the news while talking to Dawn. He said “it’s confirmed — the last episode of Parizaad will be screened nationwide in cinemas, the release date for cinemas is Jan 22, Saturday and the TV on-air date is Jan 25. The finale will come out in cinemas three days before it’s aired on TV.”

Shahzad Kashmiri has directed the serial based on the novel by Hashim Nadeem. Ahmad Ali Akbar played the titular character of Parizaad- a humble and loving man- belonging to the humble background and constantly disregarded by people around him. His struggles and twists in his life make him an extremely rich man.
