Prince William, Harry to set differences aside for Prince Philip’s funeral

To honor their late grandfather Prince Philip, Prince Willian and Harry have decided to come together for the funeral and spend some quality time together.

Prince William and Harry are expected to come together for the funeral of grandfather, Prince Philip, claims several UK media outlets.

According to sources, the two brothers are keen to come together for the funeral and spend some quality time together.

The popular media outlet, Telegraph, cited sources claiming that the Duke of Sussex and Cambridge are coming together for the sake of the funeral of their grandfather that is on Saturday.

“They know it is not about them on Saturday. It is about honoring their grandfather’s memory and supporting their grandmother. I would be extremely surprised if that wasn’t front and center of both their minds,” said the insider.

“They will be keen to spend time together as a family in the same time zone for once. The entire focus is on the Queen. No exceptions. A family unified,” the source said

Both the estranged brothers had been in talks even before the death of Prince Philips, said the media reports earlier.

Sources have claimed that Prince William, Harry will have an in-depth conversation following an explosive interview of Meghan Markle with American presenter, Oprah Winfrey, last week.

Meghan Markle and her husband Harry made shocking and explosive comments regarding the most-sought royal family of Britain. She alleged that she was subjected to racial discrimination by her in-laws, even discussing the skin color of her son, ‘Archie’. Meghan Markle said she was upset to the extent that she wanted to give up her life at one point. Hence, they decided to part ways with the royal family.

The exclusive article published on Page Six said the interview has opened the ‘communication channels’ between Prince Harry and William.

Currently, it is not clear the extent of how many contacts the feuding brothers have had but they are still on speaking terms.

When asked if Prince William was in contact with Harry, he said: “No, I haven’t spoken to him yet, but I will do.”
