It appears that the PTI government is delivering its promises to the Sindh province. The recent launch of food trucks is among the latest developments that reiterate PTI’s commitment to Sindh.
Opposition Leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh gave the welcoming news of kitchen vans providing food to the people of Karachi. Sindh Governor Imran Ismail along with Haleem Adil Sheikh and Managing Director of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) Malik Zaheer Abbas Khokhar inaugurated seven Mobile Food Trucks of ‘Ehsaas koi Bhooka Na Soey’ for the Sindh Province.
Haleem Adil Sheikh also uploaded a video on Twitter showing the success of the food trucks. The video shows Haleem Adil Sheikh providing food boxes in Karachi to the many workers lined up.
“According to the vision of the Prime Minister, kitchen vans have started in Karachi without any feeling of hunger. Deserving workers are being fed from the vehicles at different places. Another excellent step towards welfare state,” Haleem Adil wrote while sharing the video.

PM Imran Khan initially launched the initiative to protect the poor people from inflation and price-hike. According to PM Khan, the free meal boxes twice a day will help the daily wagers to save their hard-earned money to fulfill the needs of their children and families.
The meals-on-wheels program kicked off in Islamabad and extended to other cities, finally reaching Karachi. Important to note, the PTI government has worked hard to provide necessary facilities to Sindh – a feat which PPP failed to do despite 13 years of governance.
PTI to boost Sindh campaign with new office bearers
Moreover, it also appears that PTI is determined to win Sindh’s favor as elections continue to draw near. Earlier today, PTI appointed new office bearers for its Sindh division.
Federal Minister for Maritime Ali Haider Zaidi, who is also the President of the PTI Sindh, revealed the news. As per reports, PTI appointed 17 members in its provincial organization of Sindh. Moreover, it appointed 10 members in Sindh’s divisional organization.
“Congratulations to all the new office bearers of PTI Sindh Office,” Ali Haider Zaidi tweeted.
“Collectively we must get rid of Zardari Mafia from the government in the province & serve the great people of Sindh. They deserve a life of honor & dignity. Our leader Imran Khan PTI has a lot of hope from us. Best of luck!” the Minister further added.

Important to note, PTI has been very critical of PPP’s governance in Sindh. A few days ago, Syed Ali Haider Zaidi said that a mafia is ruling in the Sindh province instead of a political party. Perhaps with a new team, PTI will boost its campaign for Sindh.
