PTI women parliamentarians snatch, tear opposition posters

While the opposition is also being slammed on social media for resorting to the traditional practice of creating mayhem and chaos during the budget session, Twitter users say that members of the ruling party should have shown calm.

PTI female parliamentarians are being subjected to criticism on Twitter as they snatch and tears posters of opposition members in the parliament during the Budget session in a viral video.

The advocates and followers of PTI believe that members of the ruling party should have shown restrain and patience towards the aggressive and protesting opposition in the assembly session. Several videos of PTI legislatures engaging in an altercation with the opposition members gained traction on social media.

While the opposition is also being slammed on social media for resorting to the traditional practice of creating mayhem and chaos during the budget session, Twitter users say that members of the ruling party should have shown calm and dignified behavior despite being heckled by the opposition. Adding that, it is the agenda of the opposition party to disturb the government.

A video of the PTI MNA was seen passing objectionable comments on PPP leader, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. As seen in the video, a parliamentarian called Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, ‘Billo Rani’ throughout the budget speech.

Meanwhile, as per the media reports, PTI MNA Asma Qadir tried to snatch and tear the posters carried by the female leaders of PML-N. A video of her altercation with the PMLN legislatures went viral on social media.

PTI supporters believe PM Imran Khan should bar his parliamentarians from resorting to such insolent behavior and must show responsible behavior. While sitting in the parliament they must set a positive precedence for others to follow.

While opposition parties did not have much to criticize about the budget, they have been targeting the government for resorting to irresponsible behavior in the parliament and that too during a crucial session.

On the other hand, a score of analysts has also slammed the opposition for disturbing the budget speech and not making any useful contribution in the matter that directly concerns the masses. The rowdy behavior of the opposition reflected badly on them as analysts believe they should have attentively listened to the speech for the sake of their voters who have elected them in the national assembly. By resorting to aggressive behavior they revealed their self-interest.

Some social media users claimed that opposition members had written objectionable slurs against Prime Minister Imran Khan on the banners.
