PPP MPA, Sharmila Faruqi, slams former morning show host and YouTuber, Nadia Khan for making fun of her mother. A few days ago, a video of Nadia Khan talking to Anisa Faruqi, mother of Sharmila Faruqi surfaced on social media.
The video was recorded at a wedding event and was part of Nadia Khan’s vlog for her YouTube. In the video, Nadia Khan could be seen talking to Anisa Faruqi about her makeup which was a bit unusual. Khan commented on her makeup and style. She asked her who applies her makeup. To which Anisa Faruqi replied that she does her makeup herself.
Perhaps, Nadia Khan genuinely praised Anisa Faruqi but to social media users, it seemed that she was mocking Anisa Faruqi. The video was shared on one of the entertainment pages on Instagram. Netizens unleashed a tirade of criticism against the former morning show host. Khan did not respond to the backlash but the video seems to have extremely upset parliamentarian, Sharmila Faruqi.

Reportedly, Sharmila Faruqi has called out Nadia Khan in her comment. She vows to report Nadia Khan to cybercrime. Social media users believe that Sharmila Faruqi should report Nadia Khan to cybercrime.

Users said that Nadia should not have approached the mother of Sharmila Faruqi who is said to be going through some health issues. Hence, users commented that Khan should have been careful while approaching her to make the video.
