Zameen.com breaks ground for Gujranwala’s new project “City Galleria”

Gujranwala: Zameen.com – Pakistan’s leading real estate corporation – recently held a small and tasteful ceremony to lay the foundation stone of City Galleria in Gujaranwala. City Galleria Gujaranwala is the latest multi-storey development project in undertaken by Eagle Group.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Zameen.com Senior Director Sales (Central) Sheikh Shuja-Ullah Khan, Director Sales (Central) Muzaffar Majeed, and Regional Sales Manager (Gujranwala) Arslan Ahmad Khan. Eagle Group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sheikh Ilyas Majeed, and other stakeholders were also present for the momentous occasion.

Reportedly, City Galleria is a multi-story residential and commercial development, which is being built in a prominent location in Gujranwala’s famous Citi Housing Scheme. Given its great location and flexible instalment plan, the project is anticipated to be well-received by genuine buyers and investors alike.

Addressing the ceremony, Senior Director Sales (Central) Sheikh Shuja-Ullah Khan stated that City Galleria’s investors will be happy to become a part of this advanced community. He further stated that Gujranwala is now becoming a focus area for high-rise project investment, which is an exciting and welcome trend.
