Twitterati give Bilawal Bhutto fitness tips on his weight

The over-sized belly of Pakistan People’s Party leader Bilawal Bhutto came under intense discussion on social media on Thursday.

The over-sized belly of Pakistan People’s Party leader Bilawal Bhutto came under intense discussion on social media on Thursday.

A picture of Bhutto speaking to media outside the Serena Hotel in Gilgit went viral on social media. “We are going to topple the federal government in two months, so Independent winning candidates from #GilgitBaltistan must not join #PTI, else they will be disappointed later,” said Bilawal in the press conference.

However, the visceral fat of Bhutto prominently appeared in the images further amplified by the red cardigan under a blue jacket. The social media users pointed out the chubby physique of Bhutto and recommended him to visit the gym to shed weight before toppling the federal government.

Another statement of Bhutto went viral on social media in which the former had slammed PM Khan and had called him a ‘70-year old man’ in one of his tweets last year. Social media users mocked Bhutto for deriding PM Khan over his old age and reminded him of his unfit body.

“Please Bilawal. Just hit the gym. Unless you plan to topple Fed with that… then by all mean,” wrote a social media user.

The internet users drew a comparison between the fitness routine of PM Khan and much-younger Bhutto. Several commentators described Khan as much fit and healthier than Bhutto.

The Twitter users even discussed the drastic transformation in the looks of Bilawal Bhutto from a dapper politician returning from London on the death of Benazir Bhutto into a desi, feudal lord after a decade.

Prominent anchor, Shiffa Yousafzai wrote, “You never know this transformation from that smart-looking politician that he was upon his return, into a “wadera” like siyasatdan with long hair may be deliberate.”

Some even anticipated that may be Bhutto deliberately chose to pick up a desi robust manly look to establish himself as a leading politician of the country. Others questioned Bhutto’s selection of dressing style and why he is overlooking his personality when he is aiming to woo and penetrate the youth of the country.
