Abbasi shared the snapshots of Indian news channels declaring him an undercover ‘ISI agent’. He lashed out at the Indian news channel for targeting him. Abbasi asserted that the Indian media outlets are a pawn of warmongering Modi-led Indian government, which spreads hate and supports tyranny in Jammu Kashmir.

Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi snubbed Indian anchorperson Arnab Goswami for calling him an undercover ISI agent.
He asserted that he does not have to hide his support for his country’s armed forces. Adding that, “Let me clarify, I am not an “undercover” ISI agent, I am very openly/proudly an ISI agent, just like more than 200 million Pakistanis are proud ISI agents!”
In the following tweet, Abbasi stated that India’s fascist administration is persistently committing irreversible blunders on the Kashmir issue, which will soon emancipate Kashmir from India’s forced rule. Adding that, “Modi’s fascist regime and the delusional propaganda their fascist media outlets are spreading, I am now very confident that Insha Allah I will see a free Kashmir very soon.”

Maligning Pakistani celebrities
Indian news channel maligned other Pakistani celebrities including Hamza Ali Abbasi, accused them of spreading fake news on the Kashmir issue. A widespread criticism from Pakistani celebrities followed India’s abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A. Pakistani celebrities had expressed solidarity with the Kashmiris, castigated the Indian government, for oppressing the unarmed Kashmiris and mass violations of human rights in the valley.

Arnab Goswami, a notorious Indian anchorperson and owner of Republic TV, is known for his diatribe against Pakistan. Goswami often vilifies his panelists for not sharing his views. From not only Pakistan but also Goswami has often received flak from Indians for his hyper-nationalistic and over-aggressive attitude that often derides guests holding distinct views on issues.
Many instances have been cited where guests preferred to walked out of the show after Goswami berated them for presenting opposite views. Hamza Ali Abbasi’s undying support for Armed Forces
Whereas Hamza Ali Abbasi has remained a staunch proponent of Pakistan armed forces despite spiteful statements from within Pakistan and outside. He has mostly opted to work in movies, which propagates the messages of Pakistan Armed forces, such as ‘Parwaz Hai Junoon’, and ‘Waar’.
Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi played a lead role in movie Parwaz Hai Junoon. In his interview, he asserted that the movie is not trying to show a positive image of Pakistan but rather the real image of Pakistan.

“It is a fact that the Pakistani Air Force is one of the few in the world to have the highest ratio of female combat pilots. It is the only Air Force in the Muslim world which has female combat pilots,” adds Abbasi.
“We are not trying to portray the positive image of Pakistan but we are trying to portray the real image of Pakistan. We want to show the language, landscape, culture, and beauty of Pakistan.”

We want other governments to understand that we are not the perpetrators of war, in fact, we are the victims, and we are the main force which has defeated global terrorism and we want the world to recognize that”, stated Hamza Ali Abbasi.
“Any Pakistani will be proud of this film and we want all the Pakistanis to think about the sacrifices that the Air Force has made in this war against terror. If you are not a Pakistani and you watch the film then I hope many misconceptions about our country will be cleared,” adds Abbasi.
