Jemima Khan thanks Hero for saving life of Imran Khan

She shared the pictures of the man trying to stop the man who opened fire on the protestors and Imran Khan.

The former first wife of Imran Khan, Jemima Khan, has thanked the hero Ibtisam for risking his life to save Imran Khan from an assassination attempt during the Long March rally at Wazirabad on Thursday.

She shared the pictures of the man trying to stop the man who opened fire on the protestors and Imran Khan. Imran Khan suffered bullet injuries in his leg. He was immediately taken to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital for treatment.

Jemima also expressed concerns regarding his life in a tweet. “The news we dread… Thank God he’s okay. And thank you from his sons to the heroic man in the crowd who tackled the gunman,” said Jemima Khan in a tweet.

She also tweeted about the man who lost his life while trying to overpower and stop the alleged assailant. “Another hero, who tried to stop the gunman, who very sadly didn’t survive. Condolences to his family,” said Jemima in a tweet.

Several Pakistani celebrities and cricketers have also expressed concerns regarding his health and life. Pakistani skipper Babar Azam in his tweet said, “Strongly condemn this heinous attack on @ImranKhanPTI. May Allah keep Kaptaan safe and protect our beloved Pakistan, Ameen.”

“Heard about the attack on @ImranKhanPTI. Alhamdolillah he is fine and in good spirits. This clip of him is from after the attack. I strongly condemn the attack,” said Shoaib Akhtar in his tweet.

“Strongly condemn the attack on @ImranKhanPTI. May he stay safe & get well soon. Aameen,” said Muhammad Hafeez in his tweet.

Pakistani pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi in his tweet expressed wishes for Imran Khan. “Alhumdulillah. @ImranKhanPTI is safe. My prayers are with Imran Bhai and all the people who got injured. Allah pak hamaray mulk ko mohabbat or aman ka markaz bana, Ameen,” said Shaheen Shah Afridi in his tweet.
