Photoshopped images of PML-N jalsa being shared?

Images from Maryam Nawaz's jalsa went viral on social media as many netizens appreciated PML-N. Maryam Nawaz too shared impressive scenes from the rally on her Twitter account. However, Twitter users pointed out that the images were photoshopped.

Friday night, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz addressed a public gathering at Fateh Jang. The jalsa gained attention on social media as a large crowd had gathered to hear the PML-N leader speak. However, it appears images from the rally allegedly showing a large crowd seem to be photoshopped.

Important to note, that PML-N’s rival PTI is popular for pulling a large crowd at a public rally. Therefore, it was a huge achievement for PML-N when it too managed to gather a large crowd.

Images from Maryam Nawaz’s jalsa went viral on social media as many netizens appreciated PML-N. Maryam Nawaz too shared impressive scenes from the rally on her Twitter account.

“It was an ocean. People kept standing. I could not see any chair. Mashallah,” Maryam Nawaz tweeted.

However, Twitteratis pointed out that the images were photoshopped. Upon closer inspection, the proportions of some people in the group appeared larger than others. Although, it is possible that the people may be standing on the chairs. Nevertheless, netizens still believe the images are edited.

Separately, aerial videos from Maryam Nawaz’s rally also surfaced showing only half of the venue filled with people. PTI was quick to notice this as on the same day, former Prime Minister Imran Khan held a rally at Mianwali.

“Even by using all government resources, more than half of the jalsa gah is empty. However, by zooming in on one place, with the help of their courtiers, they are showing that the people are with them,” PTI tweeted.

Maryam Nawaz slams Imran Khan

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Friday once again slammed former prime minister Imran Khan over his recent statements regarding the alleged “conspiracy” to topple his government.

She also shed light on the alleged corruption charges against former first lady Bushra Bibi’s friend Farah Khan and said that the PTI’s “so-called independence march” is actually a “save Gogi” march.

“Farah Gogi’s corruption trails lead to Bani Gala. It’s unfortunate that Imran Khan never publically tried saving his sister Aleema Khan when there were allegations hurled against her, but he came to Gogi’s rescue while speaking on national TV,” Maryam Nawaz said at the jalsa.

The PML-N vice president also shed light on the Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH) incident and said that it was an act of “shame” that Imran Khan “had sent people to the holy place to chant slogans against the PML-N leadership.”
