Breach of moral values

A viral social media post by an IBA alumnus targeting the university’s Director and Registrar states: “Obscenity in the IBA should be eliminated. IBA should be treated professionally like an educational institution and students should be restrained from spreading this obscenity. The minority should not be allowed to influence the majority. This kind of sexually deviant behavior is unacceptable in the IBA.”

IBA faculty members have been reported complaining about the continuous breach of moral values on the campus with students refusing to follow the dress codes and frequent indecent acts.

The university administration has been silent so far on the issue. IBA has been under several controversies earlier as well. A few months back, a student was expelled after reporting workplace harassment of a female employee on campus.

Student Mohammed Jibrael, hailing from Lakki Marwat, had witnessed and reported the incident of workplace harassment against a female employee to the disciplinary committee. The student had supported and encouraged the female to file a complaint with the management.
