Apple to launch iPhone 14 on September 7

Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reports that Apple is planning its first fall event on September 7.

According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple plans to conduct its inaugural fall event on September 7. The Apple Watch Series 8 and the iPhone 14 models will be the main highlights of the presentation.

The iPhone 14 Pro models will feature new camera technology, the removal of the notch in favour of a pill-shaped and hole-punched cutout, an A16 chip, and more. The standard iPhone 14 models are anticipated to receive few changes.

The four iPhone 14 variants that Apple intends to offer are the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max. Notably, the smaller iPhone 12 and 13 mini handsets have not sold as well as anticipated, thus there won’t be a 5.4-inch iPhone mini.

Three new Apple Watch models are in development: the Series 8 model, the upgraded SE model, and the all-new Pro model, which is anticipated to have a larger body, an updated look, and a more durable construction.

A second October event may introduce other products, like as a new low-cost iPad, upgraded iPad Pro variants, a Mac Pro using Apple silicon chips, and others.

In the event that Apple does proceed with a September 7 event, we can anticipate receiving official invitations about a week beforehand, possibly before the end of August. Apple has already started putting together the pre-recorded event, so it will once again be held online rather than in person. Having said that, some media representatives might be invited for an in-person component.

The new iPhone and Apple Watch models may be released on Friday, September 16, according to Gurman, who claims that Apple has instructed some retail personnel to get ready for a new product release. All fingers crossed!
